His aim for the firm is to provide businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals with the highest quality accounting, auditing, tax planning and business advisory services delivered in a timely, efficient and innovative manner backed by his in-depth knowledge and experience along with the assistance of a professional team that clearly enjoys working together to exceed their clients’ needs.

Over the 22 years of working experience, He has acquired vast knowledge of understanding Indian laws/regulations and developed expertise in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Due Diligence, obtaining business and tax registrations and incorporating business entities (Companies, LLPs, OPCs, Partnerships, etc.). Also guiding new Entrepreneur to form small, medium or large enterprises with available resources and also in implementing Start up Business with all the required license. He has effectively partnered in the growth of the concern and build a strong team of professionals equipped with requisite skill set to cater to complex taxation advisory. While heading the tax department, he is a ‘Hands on’ mentor providing useful guidance to our team and clients.
Darshana Barbhaya
Darshana Barbhaya is the partner of Barbhaya Techno Services. All the work regarding DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) is done & Manage by Darshana. Instead of all this work she is a Social Media Influencer. She always tries to help our company with all the works.
